Booked a pedicure, had appointment moved back by 15 minutes (fine, but a call to explain would have been appreciated), turn up on time and told another 10 minutes, 25 minutes pass and I decided to leave and go elsewhere up the triangle. Seemed to have pals in to do treatments on, there were about 4 folk in the back, totally ignorant to customers. Its a shame as this salon is super local, no idea what their treatments are like but to treat customers like this is super unprofessional and ignorant. Would be worth fixing seen as your treatment reviews are good (drew me in in the first place) Editing the review per a very unfair response from the business: this is and was an honest review. Fine that you offer drinks, but thats not what I came in for. And if you tell me its a 10 minute wait, it should be a 10 minute wait, not a further 15. It was 25 minutes after my appointment time that I left. It would be worth accepting responsibility and feedback with grace and professionalism. Cheers.

LOVE THIS PLACE the owner honestly made my day I cannot believe my hair I came here to do my hair for a wedding Im going to and my hair honestly feels and looks amazing made my day its so blonde and natural I mean as much as a ginger like me could look natural
