Cant even get into the establishment, very rude and arrogant! Not sure why he is there to be honest! Props a ladder across the doorway so you cant even begin to enter and maybe make a purchase

Wow ! What a horrible experience . I have just had a refugee from Ukraine move in with me via the Refugee scheme and I was showing her around the shops of Crystal Palace . She is only 25 and loved the beauty of all of the shops and was taking lots of pictures of the streets that were very different to her own home . When filming the streets the owner of this shop started screaming at her telling her to F Off and said that if she didnt stop filming/ taking pictures he would give her a slap !! . Absolute insanity ! She was so shocked as was I . I have her video filming the street to send to her mother in Ukraine and you can see in the video the man giving her the middle finger . Completely uncalled for ! . This man should not be in a business that depends on human interaction . Ive attached a photo that shows the man give her the middle finger. I just wonder why he thinks people are going around taking his picture ? Is he a celebrity ?

Just had a very unpleasant experience with a rather arrogant and might I add incredible rude gentleman that I presume is the owner. I merely asked if he bought art which yes may have been an obvious question but his rather patronising reply was uncalled for. I have an incredibly talented niece who is an artist and needs her break into the art world. Her art is very much like some of the work in his gallery. When I mentioned this he rudely waved his hand towards me and gestured to me to go away. Even if he wasnt interested there is a way as a business owner that you respond to a potential customer. Unsure if this reaction was case of an unconscious bias because of my appearance. Perhaps I dont look like your typical CP art lover or because he presumed I didnt know what Im talking about. Maybe he was having a bad day. Whatever it was incredibly uncalled for and would suggest he take a course in manners.
