Tradesman visited to repair a very minor issue with our bathroom tap. We paid for this visit in full of course. However, the next time we used the sink, it started leaking (this had never happened before). The company were very apologetic and sent the same guy back promptly to fix the leak, without bringing up any additional fees. All good so far... We were then sent another invoice for the remedial visit and a new plug (which we did not request and had nothing to do with the leak). We challenged the second invoice; the second visit was only required because a mistake was made during the first. We then received insulting and threatening messages from the business, who bullied and intimidated my partner into paying for the second visit. We've ended up spending almost 250 on a tap and feel like the owner is a bully. Service: Faucet repair
