        I have to echo all those who have commented on the attitude of staff in the Portacabin: the majority are so unfriendly and often rude. Several of us have remarked on this when collecting cars (we are chauffeurs for a car company who store their vehicles there). Our cars are supposed to be 'gold valeted' prior to collection, for which the car company in question pays, but 50 percent are never done (until we get there). So we wait in the winter in the cold with no protection from the elements. This happened to me yesterday. I gather though that this site is closing and the majority of cars are being relocated to their Corby site. David Wickins, the founder of BCA, would turn in his grave if he knew about the poor levels of customer service at Upper Heyford.
