My partner and I are first time buyers and we genuinely could not sing Dorchester Livings' praises any higher! Everyone involved in the process, from viewing the houses, to selecting a plot, to all the legal party recommendations that followed, the team have been so helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend!

Lovely tiny houses. My husband and myself just been to see 2 -3 bedroom houses but is so unrealistic how small the bedrooms are. It probably ok to fit a single bed

The sales staff have been very kind throughout and very happy to answer questions. Jo was particularly helpful and helped us with every query we had. We have not decided yet on going with Dorchester living but from viewing lots of other new builds, I can say that the quality is much higher as there are no options, instead everything is top tier from the start. The other reviews said the houses were small but they are reasonably sized for new builds and based on my own measurements would easily fit a king size bed. The reservation fee is clearly non-refundable otherwise it wouldn't really be a reservation fee, the cost of taking a house out of marketing materials and relisting on websites is secured with this fee.
