I visited the practice for a hygienist appointment and it was the best dental experience Ive ever had. It wasnt just the ease of booking, the appointment reminders I received or the work carried out on the day. It was greater than the sum of its parts, they made me feel very welcome.

I would thoroughly recommend Heyford Smiles. I received a warm welcome by the reception team upon arrival and my dental treatment was undertaken by Rebecca and Katie, who both were incredibly attentive, patient and professional in their approach. The facilities and set-up at Heyford Smiles were excellent and most importantly the outcome of my dental work was top notch!

We found Heyford Smiles by a family referral and are so so glad we did. From the start, Sheetal was amazing; answering all of my questions (apologies for the amount!), planning what was best for our each of our families individual needs and fitting us all in. Their member plan is perfect for our family and we can now relax knowing we are all under one roof with an organised checkup routine. Thank you to all the team as well. I can not fault this practice! I visited back November 2022 after 10+ years of not being to a dentist due to fear, but I knew I needed some dental work, so after recommendation from a friend I came to Heyford Smiles. Everyone was so kind, caring, calm and patient. Everyone in the dental practice is so friendly and always up for a chat, which really helps with my anxiety. I had my first treatment in December 2022 and shook with anxiety the whole appointment with fear, but fast forward to April 2023 where I very nearly fell asleep during my appointment. Hishams incredible. He took his time, explained things in detail and answered all my questions. I didnt ever feel rushed, he checked in regularly during the treatments and made sure I was ok all the way through. I really appreciate the check up calls before and after my appointments. I truly feel looked after and appreciated as a client. I would recommend the practice to anyone who is fearful of the dentist, there are all amazing! Thank you Heyford Smiles!
