I contacted this great company to see if at short notice they could do a deep clean for my elderly frail parents. Courtney arrived very quickly and was just amazing. My Mum was made to feel comfortable and safe till I arrived after a nightmare journey from Gloucestershire. Courtney completed a superb deep clean of the bathroom and will now be attending every fortnight to help Mum out. Thank you for being so supportive and helping me persuade Mum she needs a cleaner. Disappointing all round. In terms of the business side, Busy Bees lacked professionalism - missed appointments, wrong time/duration for cleaning, very poor communication, no plan circulated...I could go on. I was going to overlook these details but sadly the cleaning itself was of a very low standard. When I followed up with pictures to find out what happened I was met with a bombardment of text messages, one excuse after another, each one contradicting the last. I had hoped using this service would take away some of my 'life admin' but sadly it created more! If you have flexible availability, and looking for someone to give your house a quick once over I would imagine Busy Bees are not bad value for money but sadly for us it was one hassle after another and we won't be continuing.
