Flashback Images

We used Flashback Images for our wedding in Edinburgh, and we are delighted with the result! Our photographer worked so hard to capture all the highlights, and the resulting photos are stunning! I was so happy to share the photos with my family and friends. Highly recommend!

We got married on Sunday 2nd June 2019. Sarah and the team made me Ryan and our wedding party feel comfortable from start to finish. They were very patient waiting for families to organise themselves for group shots. Also they took care of all the little details such as helping in my dress, fetching my flip flops and keeping hold of our marriage license!! Also the retro arcade game was a big hit with young and old alike!

Sarah and David are amazing at what they do. They were our videographers for our wedding day. The end product is amazing and captures the special parts of the day. We often thought being videod all day would be overwhelming and this is why we used Sarah and David for their discreet approach. I never felt I was being filmed all day. They fit in and were ultimately two further guests! Quick quote and no pressure to say yes instantly! Just send them an email!

Quite disappointed with this company. We'd discussed a package for me, my fiance and our baby doing a wedding in Italy with just the 3 of us. Then our UK home reception. When we spoke to them again 3 weeks later they changed their offer and tried to charge us almost 3 times as much. This was after being pursued by them to cover our wedding in Italy in the first place. Seems a nice lady (extra star), but I wouldn't really trust them now so we decided to go with someone else. Further to the response below; So the lesson here is that anything that is discussed over the phone with this company be backed up with an email immediately. We did initially enquire about the UK reception, but we have numerous emails pressing us to allow coverage of our wedding in Italy before a price was even discussed to cover the reception. On the phone, it was agreed that they would cover Italy for 2 flights and accommodation only as they wanted to develop their portfolio, with the UK reception costing 500. As flights at the time were limited and expensive, along with awaiting confirmation of the exact wedding date, we needed to review our options. When we did get back in touch I can only assume that due to flight prices decreasing and the fact they had another job lined up for the day after our wedding (which they were willing to pass up I would add) they felt comfortable in changing the discussed costs and asked for more money. 500 for the reception was a fair price, but why pressure us into using you for our wedding abroad only to add on an extra 900 later on.
