        Always standing about talking, called to see if my prescription was ready to be told it was, put the phone down had a call straight back to tell me the medication wasnt even in stock, so why say it was ready? Very unprofessional

        Useless. From being given someone else's medication to not sending my prescription order to GP; so you wait 5 days, go to collect your medication only to discover it hasn't been ordered. Dome staff friendly, some are belligerent.
