Is it me or does anybody else think that the staff that work there are incompetent of doing their jobs correctly

Well what can I say, one star is being generous wouldnt allow the option of no stars. Repeat ordered from doctors on Friday 3/3/23 arrived at pharmacy at 1:30pm, called in today Thursday 9/3/23, firstly they couldnt find the prescription, and after much fumbling about told me it hadnt been done, no explanation given. At this point people were coming in who had ordered 48hrs before and collecting theres without a problem. On asking a member of staff who quite frankly could do with some customer service skills why mine wasnt done, firstly I was told because it was a large order. 6 items !!!! Then she said oh if its a repeat you have to give us 7 days. I then went into the doctors to confirm this and they said no 48hrs. The doctors receptionist was excellent and has changed my next repeat to go to brook st chemist which she said were a lot more efficient. I then returned to the chemist which had taken them over half an hour to do my prescription. At which point the pharmacys phone started ringing and they then all (the staff) proceeded to enquire about his ringtone and how sweet it was. Lloyds you need to close this badly run outlet or provide effective staff training. Quite possibly the worst experience ever. I would advise anyone not to waste there time using this chemist,

Sevice not good very unprofessional. Say they will ring when they don't . Will try not to use prefer the branch in the bull ring Sedgley, they are really helpful

Very slow service, expect a wait for prescriptions. Staff not very friendly. Its always the same. They even got mixed up and showed another member of the public, that was waiting next to me, my prescription and told them it was out of stock instead of myself and then apologised to the person they showed but not to me. I wish prescription details were kept private. Wouldnt recommend!
