        Yesterday I was waiting 20 minutes trying to get through to a receptionist over the phone. Today I have been waiting 45 minutes and still no answer. Terrible service when I just need to rearrange an appointment.

        Tried to speak to reception on behalf of my Aunty who was frustrated as couldn't get through herself. Absolutely disgusting practice. I waited over 45 minutes and still no one answered! No clue given to how long I was expected to wait. Thank god I'm not using them personally.
