Not at all happy with the surgery, on Monday I was told to take my audiology results in to be scanned onto my records so that I could get a referral to get NHS hearing aids, I took them . Was told to ring 8am Tuesday to get a call back the phone was ringing for 45mins when answered I was told all call back appointments were gone ring back on weds. Rang at 8am 7th in queue, ok that's not bad I thought, receptionist (lovely) no appointments, doctor off sick. All I want is a 2 minute call to say they will refer me so I can sort out my hearing loss , hearing loss can possibly be linked to dementia, I lost my mum through that 3 years ago . Worried, yes , .

Really disappointed with this surgery. Been trying to get one appointment for over two months. Called 1st of December and was told to call back in January as no appointments were available, called in January and been told first appointment available is in February as they dont have enough GP on site. This is becoming really frustrating then I get told call 08:00am for same day appointments and phone hangs up automatically once you select appointment option. Currently looking for a different surgery.

Horrific receptionist rude uncaring cruel should be dismissed and manager always on holiday if you try to complain and no one else to listen

Doctors are lovely and very helpful. Receptionist are disgusting! Im currently trying to find out the receptionists name who tried to belittle me for asking for a mask as Id lost mine whilst holding my new born (baring in mind they are not mandatory and I didnt need to). She was revolting and unprofessional, acting like the masks come out of her wages, quite sad considering she as a gp receptionist should know its very difficult for people to reach for our for help. Consider new receptionists as the current ones are very bitter! Not to mention she was having a right natter with her colleuge without a mask? I was very laid back and didnt say anything but I will be finding her name out and reporting her both to the gp and nhs
