Fantastic customer service, very quick and efficient and the team went above and beyond my expectations. I work as an instructor and recently came back from work with an error problem with my suunto dive computer. After speaking to the general Suunto customer services they said it would need to be posted to Finland and would take up to 10 days. My work starts again before then, and I came across this UK Suunto dealer. Within 48 hours my computer was fixed, looking good as new and posted back to me with no charge (it was still within the 2 year warranty). I could not have asked for more and am extremely grateful!

This review is for Beuchat, who Suunto are the UK representative for. My partner bought a Beuchat Forcea Comfort 6 wetsuit and after just 4 recreational dives, the stitching started to fray and come apart. We returned the wetsuit to the retailer, who passed it onto Suunto, who took a couple of photos and emailed them to Beuchat. Beuchat responded saying the stitching coming apart was out fault and they won't repair/replace it. I got in contact with Suunto to try and get more information, they said they couldn't tell me anything so contact Beuchat. So I contacted Beuchat.. no response. A few weeks later I tried again.. no response. Eventually I contacted Suunto again who emailed Beuchat for me and told me I'd only hear from them again, if they got a response. Luckily I did get a response, which I was copied into, 50% of which was Beuchat giving me a history of their company.. thanks for that . So I responded to Beuchat in that email.. no response. At every turn I've been ignored by Beuchat, if you try and leave a comment on their Facebook page they'll just delete it. Absolutely appalling service. There is zero customer support for these products in the UK. Do not buy! Again, this is not a review of Suunto products, but as Suunto are the UK representative for Beuchat, there's no where else I can leave this review and people need to be aware of this terrible service.
