Motoline

I recently bought a BMW GS R1250 from Motoline with the very helpful assistance from Ben. Great service and great show room and workshops. The bike came fully serviced and the handover was great. They even picked me up from the train station too. Top service

Gave an acquaintance a pillion ride to collect their new (to them) Kawasaki motorcycle... The Machine was presented in Great condition, on a plinth, under lights to show it off, in the upstairs Showroom... In Motoline's showroom they had a Good Selection of bike from Sports, Naked's, Cruiser's and the Obligatory adventure bikes... The Salesmen were friendly... Only 4 stars due to I haven't made purchases or experienced the workshops, it's also 40 miles away...

Cheers to the boys at Motoline for sorting me with my Honda CBR650R, was nice and simple from start to finish Ben was nice and helpful all throughout and Matthew was sound as anything, they even dropped it to my front door! 5* guys keep it up, Ill be back for the next one 100%! James

I think the salesman must have thought I was inexperienced. The bike that I went to look at was listed as having a FSH yet it was a couple of thousand miles over the recommended valve check service. When I questioned him about this I was flippantly told that they dont need doing for at least twice what the manufacturer had specified. Maybe not but good luck with a warranty claim and dont advertise as it having a FSH. I think anyone with any experience with motorcycles knows that each engine is unique and surprises can crop up. Im hoping that this isnt the attitude of the mechanics below but based on allegations in the industry it wouldnt surprise me. The worst thing about the whole visit was just how unhelpful and nonchalant he was. The rest I could forgive. Lesson learnt.
