Absolute nightmarefailed to deliver dining table for Christmas without a warning.Yesterday failed again to meet agreed delivery slot without giving us a warning.AVOID this company at all costs

DO NOT USE - their communication is non existent, they schedule a delivery time and date and dont turn up (this has happened twice now, clearly their time is more important than their clients, I wasted a Saturday and Friday night waiting in for them!) and worst of all they are dishonest! I was told by their head office my item was in their warehouse and the person I spoke with had actually seen it. When I chased the second delivery (6pm to 8pm on Friday night) I received a call from their driver at 9.20pm say he had broken down on the way back from collecting my item from the manufacturer! When I told him his HQ had confirmed that they were in receipt of the item two days before he seemed a little lost for words. Called and text them the next day, got a text back saying theyd call me back
