Simply the worst experience with a courier ever. If you are ever tempted to use this firm, based on my experience my advice would be DO NOT. Had our goods for a month, refused to provide a delivery date, gave pathetic excuses ("broken vans"!!) and displayed a flagrant disregard for customer care. Got so bad that the sender of the goods had to go and collect them to arrange transport by an alternative courier. Simply shocking. If I was permitted to leave negative stars I would have.

Worst company I think I've ever dealt with. Gave them a chance when things went wrong prevously but no better and actually worse. Broken promises, mistakes constantly made with no apologies, lack of communication and when actually given, it's often wrong. They're almost impossible to speak to, have incorrect terms and conditions on their site and paperwork that have been flagged up and not corrected. Disgusting personnel behaviour and who fob you off. Jason the manager even makes promises that he doesn't even then keep. An absolute joke and will be going elsewhere in future. Clearly I'm not alone in this based on other reviews.

The only reason I am giving one star is because the delivery driver was polite although not very helpful. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IT COULD RUIN YOUR REPUTATION I bought a chair from a well know furniture store and received a text from Silversprint just saying they would deliver between 18.00 and 21,00 no mention of item or despatch thought it may be a scam so ignored. On investigation found out it was my chair. It seems that the service offered is at their convenience not the customers unable to select day or time for re delivery just have to wait for text and then hope the date is one when you are able to take delivery and hope you don't go early to bed as delivery eventually arrived about 21.00. There is a minimum of a week between deliveries. It also seem that they don't answer their phones as the furniture retailer was also chasing them and keeping me informed often saying that they were waiting for a reply from them. I When the chair arrived the driver wanted to leave on the doorstep in all its cardboard packing in the pitch dark. He did relent and at least unpack and put in my hall the only reason it was unpacked was because it wouldn't get in the door otherwise I still have the packaging to dispose of Luckily I have bought other items from the furniture retailer with no problem had this been my first experience I would not have gone there again. I used to work for a logistics company and left because I thought they had no regard for customers compared to Silversprint they offered a gold standard service.

This is possibly the worst courier service in the UK in my opinion I have been waiting for delivery of 2 doors and some door handles, as others have stated nobody answers the phones or responds to e-mail and the web chat even went offline whilst trying to get some answers! I finally got my 2 doors on Friday the 21st nearly a month after ordering but no door handles and no delivery invoice, the driver had to rip a piece of paper from a book for my wife to sign! Plus they had the temerity to send a confirmation e-mail stating that the doors and handles had been delivered, and that was supposed to be a time slot between 12 and 3, they arrived at around 8Am! That was with ten minutes notice by text I was at work and my wife was about to go out. I have a good mind to get trading standards involved if my handles are not delivered, an utter shambles.
