Blackdown Luxury Lettings

This is the third time staying at a Blackdown Luxury Lettings Property. We stayed at Herons Bank for the second time and it did not disappoint. The house was in prestine condition and provided all the facilities as listed to a very high standard. The team were very helpful when booking as we were surprising my mum for her 60th birthday, they quickly answered any queries we had and were happy for us to put up decorations. We thoroughly enjoyed our break away and it was very relaxing over the New Year period. A perfect location for celebrating and we look forward to returning in the future.

Such a relaxing stay! As for the 1 star reviews left on google, please dont take any notice. This farm is beautiful, the shepherds huts were quality through out and really well equipped. The hot tub on its own was fantastic, I would have been happy just sitting in that all weekend.. Melanie the owner was very helpful, quick to respond and made us feel welcomed. We are going to book again with these guys in the new year, couldnt recommend enough!

The Property we stayed in was absolutely superb! However, be mindful of a 500 Damages Security Deposit required when booking. The Owner decided we were going to pay for a damage caused through shear wear and tear and was not prepared to communicate with us. After 8 months we have a full refund Such a shame as her Properties are immaculate but wouldnt book with her again

We visited with 2 other families (12 in total adults and children) We were blessed with the weather and had the most amazing holiday, we could have been anywhere in the world. The house was renovated to the highest of standards and we wish we lived there!!! We would recommend this to any families wanting to relax and enjoy the house and grounds in a luxury setting. A lot of activities are a 40 mins drive away but we were happy relaxing and enjoying each others company. Would definitely re visit. Thank you for everything Jo and Dan (Ormerod party).
