2nd car has at the time of writing this has taken 3 hours to be brought to the pitch & I'm still waiting.
One positive is I've grown a beard while waiting.
Update 16/02/2023
Since the start of this year & the introduction of this new booking in scheme things do seem to run a bit smoother but its early days yet.
One concern is if the weather is bad there is nowhere to shelter whilst you wait for your turn at the counter or if you need to wait for a vehicle to be brought up to the collection area, I'm lucky as i have a truck but for some it could be a cold & wet wait.
Incidentally i have not needed to wait for a vehicle since the start of this year.
