        I have used Prince Petroleum Ltd twice now, first time during Covid lockdown and experiencing difficulty getting heating oil. The customer service has been outstanding, a lady called Megan who took my order and the lovely gentlemen that delivered the oil were a pleasure to deal with. Both orders were quick and very competitive in price and delivered promptly, I have recommended to neighbours who have also received the same excellent service. Keep up the great work folks its restored my faith in the lack of decent customer service found in many places today.

        Great drivers and would be a great place to work if it wasn't for a couple of clowns in the office. One can't route for toffee and the other is a bully. 'Free speech' not where one is concerned, he censored a leaving note I left with some drinks for the drivers, by removing it. The way they treat the drivers is unbelievable and that could explain the high turnaround of drivers. Oh and they pay is naff, ADR delivering fuel and they paid 13.15 went up to 14.95 on the 01/07/22, still naff for what you have on board and do, 'overtime' haven't done hardly any overtime in months. The company is very expensive compared to Watsons, Brobots, Certas IMHO etc.
