The guys at Balance are real car guys, very knowledgeable and good to deal with, got my classic bmw corner weighted after they adjusted the kw suspension (variant 3) it drives so much better now! They also kindly alerted me to couple of unrelated issues under the car. Would use them again without hesitation.

Needed some replacement KW springs for my car and I rang lots of places. Balance Motorsport were the most helpful out of all the places I called. Really helpful, knowledgeable, and did what they said they would do. Called back when they said they would. In this day and age it's really nice to find businesses which actually care about delivering what they promise. .I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future and also recommend them to others to use too. Keep up the great work!

I ordered KW V3 coilovers on their 'purple' promo (black Friday discount) through Balance for my BMW E82 135i coupe. The discount from KW and price Balance could supply them for made them much more affordable/appealing. Julian called me to make sure I was happy with the lead time as they are made to order kits, most of which were on back order 6 weeks+ and it was over the Christmas period. I confirmed that I was happy to wait, and asked for a ball park figure for fitment. I thanked him but thought I'd tackle the install myself (with help from mates/my dad) to save a bit of money.. knowing what I know now, I should have bitten his hand off! The kit came ahead of schedule/anticipated delivery. I think it took c. 20 hours all in to fit them. It wouldn't have happened without a 2nd pair of hands either, or could have, but it would have taken way way longer! Working on cars can be such a nightmare (worse if in the rain, when its dark with head torches). You always encounter issues and have to think on your feet. These guys deserve way more credit! I booked the car in for corner weighting and geo with the sister company. After a good check over of the car, they located 2 bearings in the rear uprights which were shot to pieces. Julian called me to seek my approval to press them out and press in some fresh ones. I gave the green light as the characteristics the car exhibited were exactly what Julian described. The car was a right handful. Shakey in the hips. Essentially with the flex of the bushes/bearings toe would change. The car has been completely transformed. It drives better than what I imagine the car felt like new. Obviously the suspension has been massively upgraded, then dialled in. The geo is more neutral and the car feels properly sporty. The fresh bearings have restored the rear end somewhat and my confidence to push the car has sky rocketed. The pre, during and post sale customer service was absolutely first class. They were happy to get back to all queries, and we had a good chats, shame we had to respect eachothers schedules really. Donnington yesterday was mega and I must thank Julian, Craig and the team for their efforts and enhancing the experience.
