We spent two days at The Doghouse for our companys Reboot conference which was put in place to give us time to work on evolving the company during these unprecedented times. Firstly I would like to make a special note of how attentive and courteous our host (Neil) was. He made the experience feel very smooth and catered to our every need. The venue is extremely unique, it feels warm and cosy which gave the two days a relaxed vibe. Whilst the environment was relaxing it didnt stop us from making immense progress with the work that needed to be done. The catering was of the highest standards, from cream teas to goats cheese tarts the food was excellent and I looked forward to each break to see what was coming next. If youre looking for a great venue to host your companies next conference then look no further The Doghouse really has it all.

We booked to do a team building training day before our busy student season started to solidify our team. Typically, throughout the summer we employ extra staff to join the team as we have about 200 student houses moving in and out over a two-month period; so it is very important that we work as a strong team. Our day with Neil was exceptional. The team really enjoyed the day and we all felt really excited about the summer to come armed with the fountain of knowledge we received. Our expectations were totally exceed by the result of this superb training. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, supporting each other, exchanging ideas, updating systems. The difference was extraordinary and made the crazy summer season sail by. I thoroughly recommend Neil to any company looking build a strong team. Exceptional.... we are hoping to book again next year!
