I bought my gorgeous new Mini two weeks ago and I would thoroughly recommend Lloyd South Lakes to anyone else considering buying a new or approved car. From the very start of the process, the friendly staff could not have been more helpful. From lending me a car to test drive for a couple of hours when I had only popped in for a quick look, keeping me up to date throughout the production process and then picking my car up (in its own room!), the team were professional throughout. My biggest thank you goes to Callum, a friendly and practical salesperson who I trusted completely during the process. It's definitely worth the journey to do business with this great team and I hope to use them in the future.

Today, Friday, I collected a gorgeous Mini Clubman which I viewed on Monday when "just passing by". I met with Callum again who has been superb in organising this as have the rest of the team at Lloyd South Lakes. The whole experience has been a great pleasure and changing my car was something I wasn't looking forward to. But honestly, what a great team and Callum is an absolute asset in every respect. And guess what - Ted2, adored him, perhaps it was all those doggie treats! I would have no hesitation over buying another car from Lloyd South Lakes.
