Very poor sent a inquiry on the 12/03 regarding a BMW 1 Series PY72AEA on Auto Trader was told by Fiona Thompson on the 13/03 the vehicle was not onsite and once it was back I would be contacted with the video as I requested it's now the 15/03 heard nothing back from Lloyd South Lake BMW looked on Auto Trader to find vehicle had been sold. Shame they don't share the same level of customer service as Lake District Audi unfortunately.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We bought our brand new SUV. Rod and Rishi helped us pick our packages. My boys loved it. My wife got the colour she wanted. Everyone of us were so happy. I will surely recommend to my friends.

I took my BMW to this garage yesterday to see about a part exchange. I dealt with some lovely, very helpful people including Risha and Pete. Pete went out of his way to try and get me the best deal for my car. The premises and cars are spotless, with some cars I could only dream of owning. I never realised that they also sell cars that aren't BMW's. If you're looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend this Company. They are very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make the buying experience as seamless as possible. I was very impressed from start to finish

I have just purchased a BMW 4 series from BMW south lakes and the customer service from Ben Stott and the team was outstanding. Ben couldn't have done enough to make the experience from first phone call to handover nothing short of amazing (thanks Ben). I actually travelled up from London to do the deal and really pleased I did, I would even consider going back for the servicing and having a cheeky weekend break whilst in the lakes as the whole experience was fantastic. BMW south lakes really look after and value their customers and give you the time you need, no hard sell just really easy to deal with. The facilities are great, loads of great cars in the show room too. I can highly recommend the team at BMW south lakes, as my experience was brilliant, will definitely be dealing with them again when I change my car....
