I had an excellent experience at 247 Auto Sales. Laurence was my salesperson and he made the process of buying my first van seamless and stress-free. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He was also very patient and didn't pressure me into making a decision. The van itself is perfect and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend 247 Auto Sales and Laurence to anyone in the market for a new vehicle

Bought a van, found a fault with the vehicle once we began some maintenance work on the vehicle (4 weeks ownership about 300 miles use including 180 mile to collect it), old leak spotted from the gearbox thermostat, clearly been dripping for some time. No interest from seller, even tried to claim we requested to have no warranty? Wasn't looking for them to even cop for the full bill just a contribution but obviously not interested in any sort of customer service. Treat anything you buy from these as spares or repairs and you'll be ok. (update to respond) we didn't fit the body ourselves, nor did we ask the bloke fitting the body to do an inspection of the van, it was only found when we booked it in for service of the gearbox (obviously found while looking directly at the gearbox), I never went under the box as it's under the center of the van, I looked under the engine from the front bumper side, no leaks no complaints. Van drives lovely again no complaints, the doesn't mean that the thermostat wasn't leaking upon sale. I will however say if he did know about it before he would have prob got it swapped out inhouse before sale, but he prob doesn't give them a checking over just a jetwash down, 5 panel filter to make them look freshly serviced when you open the bonnet then out the door. Once you bought it, your on your own. There's plenty of other resellers of these vans so shop around, as I think the ones he gets are the left overs the other traders dont take (crash repaired, big miles ect ect) we've bought 2 more since similar vans, similar price no issues atall with em.

Should've trusted the bad reviews before I went to this place, I bought a Nissan Micra and it turned out it had faulty steering rack, common issue for Micra's and very expensive to repair over 1k, MOT was done recently on the car and I wonder how it passed it with such a defect?!?, plus the rear tyre on passenger side was all cracked up from old age which is another issue that will fail any proper MOT. I took it back to be repaired... I was patient, left them with enough time to sort it out, after 3 weeks of empty promises I got fed up and I said I can't wait anymore, on the next day the mechanic rang me and said the car was ready, I went to pick it up and as I expected they haven't fixed it, on top of all the mechanic had a pretty arrogant approach. Long story short, after a month and a half of back and forth I managed to get my 2k refund and lost a lot of nerves along with 500 spent in travel expences, ins, roadtax and etc. Another thing worth mentioning, before I payed for the Micra they were all nice and acting courteous offered me a free diagnostics on my car which had a check engine light on, was told that the turbo needed a replacement and they can sort it out for around 700. later on in different garage I had my car fixed for 200 the turbo was fine and in a good condition the problem was the trotthle body. I must admit I admire their only fools and horses set of mentality.
