        I rented a minibus in August with a 250 deposit, still waiting for my refund 3 months later, they said 10 days, not over 10 week. Absolutely appalling.

        Always helpful, polite and friendly staff. Van's are of a good quality and the hire cost is competitive; coupled with the fact it's basically on my doorstep it's the "go to" place for me now as it has been in the past and will be in the future...more firms like this please!!
