        Went to this gym, had nothing but the lord preached to me whilst I was trying to lift, also the owner, Stan seemed very angry and was threatening to beat me up, when he is quadruple the size of me. Big shame, definitely will not be going back.

        Very spit and sawdust old school gym. No posers in lycra, just blokes training hard. Cheap as cheaps, but most of the equipment is way past is best. Great friendly atmosphere

        Great place to work out. Seriously I've been to commercial gyms in the past like pure gym where you have to hang about waiting for weights and machinery......not at stans gym. Its only small but has a great atmosphere and all the weights you will ever need.

        Old school gym. All the weights you need. Friendly people at the gym. Got lockers if you need em, parking, outdoor gym eqpt too. It's approx 20 a month. Just my kind of gym.
