        Never answer the phone. Never reply to messages. 4 years since my dad passing and hes still not entered in the book of remembrance. Paid a lot of money for this too. But they did eventually get back to me to sort it out.

        Having had to bury so many of my family here, I am so disappointed on how the area down by the lake has been allowed to deteriorate, mainly the stream that runs into the lake, which now looks like waste land, we all pay a huge amount of money to have a memorial at the crematorium, the least they could do is keep it looking nice, or give an explanation on why this area now looks like it does.
