Three year's ago since loosing my beautiful mum. Choosing a beautiful place,location for her in then the new area of the cemetery. Unfortunately & sadly I made complaint (s) about this regarding the issues in & around & by my beautiful mum grave. Last Wednesday 19th April 2023. I saw this nasty chip done to my beautiful mum's grave!! I'm absolutely furious upon seeing this damage done to my mums grave!! I know have to pay for the repair to be done carried out!! Upminster cemetery ground staff & admin staff haven't bothered to contact me back regarding this matter. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Very disappointing very unprofessional. A very dissatisfied bereaved son. Godbless my beautiful mum

Big, well kept cemetery. Very quiet and peaceful. Also a lake with ducks and fish. Plenty of seating, tea room and toilets. Plenty of parking
