        We had a lovely stay and was glad we chose to stay here. Good location and nices walk along the river Lim down into Lyme. The views were amazing from the spinney & it felt like you were in a tree house when the outside lights were on at night. Good WiFi connection and TV signal but we didn't have a mobile signal (Vodafone or O2) but that didn't bother us at all. Kevin the owner was very welcoming and we enjoyed the complimentary chocolate & biscuits. We will definitely come back to stay here.
