Fantastic friendly and informative experience. No judgement for not being a world tour rider and I felt really listened to. I have never had a bike fit before and was half expecting to be pushed expensive components with upselling but was really encouraged to make use of my current equipment where possible. Great value and really looking forward to comfy rides.

Absolutely fantastic bike fit service. Left with what feels like a totally different bike, a very comprehensive report and targeted mobility movements to work on my cast iron hamstrings.

Dont think of seeing anyone else for your bike fit. Ive had a bike fit and cleat set up with Pawel. The difference its made to my comfort and power on the bike has been huge. Definitely the best investment you can make as a cyclist

Pav and Garth were excellent from the start they really knew what they were talking about and the bike fit didnt seem like they were following a script as I had experience of with previous different bike fitters. I came to Vankru because of a knee injury which had been giving me problems for quite a few years however coming into the bike fit I didnt think that much could be improved regarding my position but I was proven very wrong, and I wish I had visited them earlier. Pav noticed a quite serious discrepancy with my biomechanics which hadnt been previously spotted by other medical professionals and from that they were able to work out what was causing my knee pain and adjust my position accordingly. Within a matter of rides after the bike fit I was feeling a lot better with much less pain and Im so glad I went, cant recommend and thank them enough for their help, if youre in any doubt about going I would say just book a slot and you wont regret it!
