        I recently attended a 2 day (16hr) Outdoor First Aid course. Louise is an excellent trainer. She's warm, approachable and very knowledgeable. The sessions were kept interesting and engaging throughout by mixing in lots of scenarios alongside the theory based work.

        Excellent course - appreciated Louise understanding individual needs and tailoring the content when possible to specific scenarios/ age groups/ work places the group had expressed interest in. So interesting and a great balance of theory and practical elements too - thank you!

        Excellent trainer. Refreshed on CPR and defibrillator training. Louise was very clear and straight forward in her style and she delivered an enjoyable and informative 1.5 hr course. I left feeling a lot more more confident to help in an emergency.
