Mike JUNIOR and John really helped us get back on our feet. They're kind, they listen and attentive to our quite specific questions about the renovation and build. We had to fix quite alot about the property that wasn't on the schedule but Mike helped us get through all the process without feeling overwhelming. Their rates are also fair and they do their best to help you out with cost savings and /or alternatives to what you THINK you want but then help you understand another option that is more cost efficient route is available. We opted with Cuncanon because they are a FAMILY run business, and the way they operate feels alot more personable as opposed to big companies that treat you like just another number. These guys take good care of you while ensuring your mental wellbeing is being taken care off too. Anthony at the office who did the surveying also was very helpful and ensured us that we will be in good hands. We pestered him alot about kitchen and pricing as everything in pricing is pretty much hidden due to trade costs etc. But they are quick to cater to your needs and quote you pretty fast. All quotes for items used are pretty fair and high quality. Toward the end MIKE JUNIOR AND John (his uncle) helped finish off the build and you can see the love and attention put into their work. Everything Cuncanon builds for you will be done as if they're building for their own family. Dont hesitate to give them a punt! Also some Google reviews on here are negative and are confirmed by Cuncanon to be fraudulent and fake reviews from malicious competitors.

Cuncannon have been wonderful from start to finish after a disastrous water escape whilst I was abroad visiting family. Peter, Mike and all the team have showed great respect, empathy and have been kind, considerate, efficient and professional throughout. The team of contractors have been amazing and the high standard of work has to be congratulated. Mike has gone above and beyond during the time its taken for the house to be reinstated. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for him and he has kept in touch by calls, texts and regular photos as the work was being carried out. Cuncannon have made a traumatic and upsetting time more bearable and reassured me at all times that everything was fixable.
