He really helped me focus on the areas I needed to pushed me and motivated me to achieve my goal.
Also he advised me on diet and gave me some meal plans to loose the weight I needed to so I could fit into my wedding dress.. which I did
hes a great trainer I always enjoy our seasons and definitely feel the benefit of having him train me more than I would working out alone as he doesnt let me give up.

After 5 months of Bootcamps I have the results I've always wanted. Total body toning and improved strength with no dieting.
The 30 minute sessions are challenging, yet varied and fun. There is no monotonous counting of reps, or same excersise after same exercise. Lots of different equipment, and Nathan's inventive training techniques, means you can switch off and enjoy the sessions without realising how hard you are pushing yourself.
I have had loads of comments from friends and family on how toned and slim I am.
I am stronger and fitter, and day to day have much more energy than I did before I started.
Whilst the Bootcamps are exhausting, the lively atmosphere and friendly fellow Bootcampers keep me coming back for more. The flexibility of morning or evening classes, four days per week, makes it convenient to fit in around my day.
Nathan is a true professional yet very approachable. He keeps things light-hearted and fun, and subtly gears each session to the individual without singling out anyone in the group. He is very knowledgeable and is always available to offer extra help and advice.
