Went to the Doctors with a severe eye problem that had happened overnight and the doctor told me I needed to go and see an optician immediately tp get an emergency internal eye inspection. So rang Spec Savers in Whitefield and spoke to the optician Rachael who told me to come up immediately as she eould make time to see me, 15 minutes later I arrived at Spec Direct and was seen immediately for a thorough internal eye inspection etc. etc. Rachael the optician emeailed the eye clinic at Rochdale eye Hospital for an emergency appointment, which was made for 2 days later. But Rachael arranged all this, I cannot thank her enough for her care & professionalism. Always try to shop local, especially after these past couple of years. Had a problem with one of my eyes and popped in and they could not do enough tests for me to ensure my eyes were healthy and nothing to worry about. Even did a follow up the next day to make sure all was still ok.
