We had an extension carried out and asked for the carpet to be fitted in two stages. The first stage, absolutely no issues. The second stage, the carpet fitted was wrong (different quality) which was party my fault as I didnt double check an order I signed. I was extremely concerned reading some negative reviews that I would be in for some sort of battle. Really far from that. They came round, looked at the carpet and agreed it was different. They agreed I wouldnt have meant to order two separate quality carpets and an error somewhere has happened. Within 7 days, returned putting the premium quality carpet down at the same initial cost. Cannot fault there service, speed or conflict resolution. My family have always used these so I should have never doubted their skills with online reviews

Very helpful staff very friendly helped me pick a carpet and being fitted very quickly very good price. Bought stairs and bedroom carpet from this company many many years ago glad they still up and running
