        Lovely hot drinks and a good range of hot & cold food. However, the caf is too expensive, and milk-alternatives are not clearly advertised.

        Extra 30p having a coffee in a cup. Why not make the coffee 30p cheaper with your own cup, so you reward bringing the cup instead of operating a policy to punish people without a cup. Its TOO expensive. Operate the cafe at a loss and students DONT have much money. DO THEY?!?!

        Woman with the red hair/ribbon was very rude when she forgot to put syrup on my hot chocolate and refused to top me up.

        Customer service is VERY variable. The biggest issue I have here is that they frequently advertise out-of-date special offers and then refuse to honour them, on the grounds that "they don't tell us when the offers expire". This has been an issue on four different occasions this year. However, the hot chocolate is very good, and the cafe is a convenient place for a break from study.
