        The university hall is an excellent venue but getting into the concert on 4th Dec was a nightmare. Firstly cars were in a queue on campus that didn't move yet there was plenty of parking. We then had to queue again to get into the hall instead of just walking in as before. Just 2 desks processing people. Here we were given 'dummy' tickets with nothing written on them. I got 5 for 4 people. What a waste of paper and time. Because of this the concert started 20 minutes late. My print out stated that the bar was closed. It wasn't. The whole scenario is unacceptable. The concert was excellent - stunning programme, so the evening was rescued.
