Would definitely recommend SUHomes to rent through! The service was second to none, any issues were dealt with in a timely manner, the staff in the office are very friendly and go behind their duty to help.

I have been a landlord renting my properties through SUHomes for the last ten years. My properties have always been let and nearly always early in the year ready for the start of the new term. Gemma and her team are great in dealing with all any enquiries that I or my student tenants may have. They deal with all the marketing, viewings, referencing, gaurantors and drawing up the agreements, a great service.

Even though they mention it as safe deposit, end of tenancy they will over charge everything and support landlord instead of students. Landlord can make money from rent as well as claim deposit for repairs and maintenance of their old houses which is not even the fault of tenants. So better to look direct owners and other agencies. If you were directly with owner, you can talk with them and get the money but here they will just threaten us to deduct more money if we are not agreeing. 20 Hickory Avenue owner charged unnecessary items and rent was too high. No help to students.
