Tri2

Richard has always set himself high goals, and then striven after them. He never settles for second best. He always shows 100% commitment, learning from setbacks, building on success until he has achieved his goal. Tri2 is his latest goal, and as always his determination, resourcefulness and sheer hard work I am sure will lead to a successful conclusion.

Since COVID I lacked the motivation to get back on track with training . Richards coaching was the push I very much needed and im over the moon to take 3rd in my age group and 3rd fastest female on the bike and a nice little PB at Eastbournes ironbourne. Nothing is too much hassle for this lovely duo giving so much support and excellent coaching. 100% recommend!!!

Would 100% recommend Sophie and Tri2. After having only raced a few sprints and an Olympic in the past I arrived to take on a half Ironman. I originally intended to work with a free online programme, but was feeling like I was getting nowhere. Sophie changed that. Her programming worked around my other commitments and was flexible, yet provided amazing results. Challenging, but in the best way; I honestly think I couldn't have crossed the line without her expertise and patience.

Richard is a fantastic coach, super knowledgeable and very patient. He was always there to answer questions, provide advice and tailored a training programme for me, giving additional motivation when I needed it. I would recommend him as a coach to anyone whos looking to improve their triathlon times regardless of their level and he will help you to reach your goals
