Whenever I go in there seems to be a couple of people doing online orders, three or four people stacking shelves, only one person actually on the till, and a huge queue. It doesn't help that the person on the till is also responsible for the self service counters and checking that the delivery drivers collect the right order. It is not fair on the staff, and is frustrating for customers.

If you are looking to pop in and out good luck there's only ever one person behind the till so waiting times are 10-15mins, also empty boxes are on the floor when they are replenishing just waiting for someone to trip. I've stopped using this shop and it has caused arguments with the misses as I refuse to step foot in there as I only have one life and don't really want to stand around unless I'm getting paid, its seriously over priced, I would much preferred a aldi in its spot.
