Our boiler stopped working on a Sunday and Nick was the first one to reply. He came straight away. But he surprised us by saying that he could clean some pipes out and the boiler should be ok. No stories about having to replace it all etc. We were very impressed with his honestly. He fixed the boiler for us and at that stage we decided to go ahead and replace it by him as it was an old boiler and even though he sorted it out we knew it was going to give trouble in the future. Next day Nick arrived before time and spent the day doing an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this company. It is difficult to find people who are honest and genuine.
