Tracy naab Lucy very antagonistic member of admin staff . Jessica their manager covers it up and they are enabled . Some of the staff are lovely but reception 90% are obnoxious. I would warn anyone joining this practice as a patient at some point you will be treated like an inconvenience: spoken down to, with irritation and antagonism and abused . These people should NOT be in health care.

The GP surgery is a disgrace to NHS, if I could give less stars I would. The current reception staff treat patients very rudely , no one seems to care about helping people in pain. There are never available appointments - even for 4-6 weeks ahead NO appointments. The standard answer Go To a Walk in center if you in pain .... I was told to call in the morning at 8am. I did as I was told, after waiting for 30 minutes on the telephone line at 8am in the morning I was told that there are no appointments on the day , as all was booked up from before. And no other appointments to offer me in the near future ...If I do not like the fact that there are no appointments , I should go to another surgery .. Saying that when I got really desperate and I called 111, they kindly helped and even booked me an appointment to see the GP same day that previously the receptionist told me there are no appointments available. I had a severe infection and I need it antibiotics - it took the GP less then 10 min to give the meds but it took me hours to get to that point. I had more issues as a result of stress .... the GP was not impressed that I came through 111...go figure how they operate.

Amazing service from the Reception Supervisor. She did everything to assist despite how busy they get and ensured that a Doctor got in touch quite swiftly. Extremely grateful for this level of attention, exactly what a patient needs.

Staff managing the appointment lines are clearly instructed to deny appointments to anyone who shows the slightest hesitation in calling an illness an urgent emergency. If you show the slightest weakness (out of politeness for the possibly even greater needs of others) you will be offered appointments 3, 4, 5, or even 6 weeks out in the hope presumably that your problem will go away. If you actually ever get an appointment with the GP everything will be fine but they / or at least the management of the surgery have responsibility for all those turned away and all the medical problems that go undiagnosed and untreated because of their actions. I have been forced to change to a GP nearer work 20km away in central London to get access to a GP. This is not practical for my kids in local schools so medical problems go undiagnosed and their future health is being compromised as a result. Ultimately this is not the fault of the individuals managing the phones and making the access rationing decisions but of the management layers above them who are instructing and incentivising them to behave in this way. If you point out this truth and your frustration with it, you will be described as rude and condescending and they will hang up the phone without making an appointment.
