        If it possible to avoid this surgery please do. They rude ,unhelpful . Always mistake with prescriptions. If I called for my kids and its only time I did the answer would be you should call us earlier, as I could know that my child get infection at school I moved my whole family elsewhere. Mean and unqualified receptionist as for doctors I dont know , never sow them

        What a complete joke ! My elderly mum calls as she cannot walk and asks to see a doctor and was told its not an emergency and will book her in in 3 weeks . The receptionist was so rude to my mum THEN threatened to take her off their books ! You should be ashamed of yourself . Clearly you lack empathy and are in the wrong job . It should be YOU who get sacked .
