2) generally unhelpful "can't be bothered" attitude from staff
3) do not give useful information like "cash only" for amounts under a certain value
4) did not give me a day or call me to tell me when dry cleaning had been completed (supports number 2 - can't be bothered attitude / only doing half a job)
5) dry cleaning of poor standard
Would like to give zero stars as something as simple as dry cleaning and laundry should not be this taxing and frustrating. This business does not represent the general High Barnet community which is friendly and helpful.
