Gloucester Road Surgery

Rude doctor and receptionist, I have never been so poorly treated at a GP surgery. Refused to treat a condition which I now take two medicines for. He made me buy an expensive vaccine privately, my new surgery gave it to me for free. He even shouted at me on one occasion and opened the door for me to leave, so unprofessional. My new surgery is like heaven compared to this place.

Seems all reviews are 5 stars or 1 star. I was a patient before Dr Lei here and am a very infrequent user of the NHS (less than 5 times in the last decade). Trying to make an appointment is a challenge today. First time the computer system was not working properly and second time was told that the Dr only has appointments available for the next 7 working days and currently cannot book past 1st July. On re-joining the surgery, (pre covid) after returning to Barnet, I had an initial meeting with somebody who works in the surgery. This meeting took place after several months to find a suitable slot. The meeting was an explanation of all the aliments and prescriptions that the Dr would not consider.

The service has become so bad, I have been waiting on the phone for two and a half hours, and no one has answered. My child has been sick for three days, and there has been no answer

Extremely bad service, for years we struggled with this surgery and after we moved to another one we noticed the diffrence straight away. Avoid even if your options are limited
