For anyone looking for a top notch Barber shop and Service they will not be disappointed with Upper Cutz. I had been visiting this Barber shop since 2016 and had some issues with the level of service given by the previous owner. However under Emra's Management, direction and leadership Upper Cutz has gone up leaps and bounds and is a cut above the rest in the area. It was already a good barber shop but Emra took it from good to great ! I can be a fussy customer and I used Emra specifically and his attention to detail, his execution and his level of customer service is second to none. I look forward to and enjoy my haircuts there as well as the wet shave and the vibe in the shop. He runs this shop well and is very focused on delivering very good customer service. He ensures everyone gets the best service and treatment possible even when he isn't the one cutting your hair. I have always been pleased with my experience there and so has my son. I recently visited this Upper Cutz and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, with comfortable chairs and a stylish interior. I opted for a hot towel shave, and I was not disappointed. The barber was highly skilled and very attentive to detail, ensuring that every stroke of the razor was precise and smooth. The hot towel added an extra touch of luxury to the experience, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. As for the nose waxing, I was a bit nervous at first, but the Emra the barber put me at ease and made sure that the process was as painless as possible. The end result was a clean and well-groomed look that I was extremely happy with. Overall, I would highly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a top-notch grooming experience. I first came to this barbershop after lockdown, as I was new to the area. When I walked in I was impressed, how clean and modern it looked, but even more how friendly and welcoming the barbar Emra was. I don't trust many barbers with cutting my hair, there has only been a select few I would use after bad experiences. But emra listens to what you want, has great attention to detail and completes his work to perfection! I still get the same service today since the first day I walked in, what a great place to go for a good environment and to leave after confident in knowing your cut is looking clean and fresh!
