Hillgarth Holiday Home

We had a fantastic week staying at Hillgarth. A beautiful location and a very comfortable home for the week. We visited many different places easily from here; Kendal, Windermere, Ullswater and the coast for some sea views. Has everything you need in the house. We found the Wifi good and useful for searching where to walk/visit. We also enjoyed BBQs in the lovely garden. Will definitely visit again.

Had an amazing stay at Hillgarth Holiday House, we took 3 duck here and they had a great time. The home is amazingly equipped, from board games/books to the kitchen. The heating was very welcoming and easy to control, and the hot water was good though if your having a shower and a bath it might need a boost at times. The location is very peaceful, in a little cud de sac, there is no shop nearby but a few pubs, atleast 1 within walking distance. The driveway is a nice size, and can fit a few cars there. All in all, could not recommend enough.

Spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. The cottage has absolutely everything to make it a real home from home. The beds are comfortable, the quality of the furnishings is good and the property is clearly very well maintained with no issues whatsoever during our stay. Would highly recommend and will likely return.
