        I booked a return journey to take my elderly vulnerable mum with mobility problems to a club at the bottom of croftlands and back. The taxi didn't return to collect her. She waited 45 mins then began to attempt to walk home to the top of croftlands. Sadly she fell over with exhaustion and had to be helped up by a member of the public who then took her home in her car. Avoid this service at all costs. Disgusting service for an elderly vulnerable passenger. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!.
