I lived at flat 5B Quay Street for almost 2 years and had a great experience with the landlord during my time there. The flat itself was lovely and the landlord was very reliable. He was quick to respond to any messages about the flat and would come over as soon as possible if anything ever needed doing. I would definitely recommend Newdigs if anyone was looking to rent a flat in the area.

I lived in one of the flats in Ulverston, the place was perfect for what I needed, close to town and fully furnished. Chris was a great landlord, always quick to respond when there was an issue, sorting most problems out himself and getting the relevant people in when required. Always reasonable and understanding that the flat is your home.

I would highly recommend New Digs. Chris was a brilliant landlord he was easy to contact and always responded promptly to any questions or maintenance issues. The flat was a great size, really nicely furnished and very well maintained. I lived there for just under a year, and the only reason I moved out is because I was moving away from the area otherwise I would happily have stayed in the flat much longer!

Renting with new digs was so easy from start to finish. Chris made the whole process for both moving in and out very clear and fair which was brilliant it was my first time renting. Whilst in the property he always made himself available and answered my queries or fixed any problems promptly. The property and all furnishings were in really good knick. I moved out nearly 4years ago but Chris still happily supplied me with a landlord reference. Brilliant service. I would not have to think twice about renting with new digs again.

Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment. Furnished and equipped to a high standard. A great landlord, easy to contact (always replies quickly) and is pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!
