I arranged a parcel redelivery & received a confirmation email. Stayed in all day but no parcel arrived. Waited till the postie came the next day without it so thought never mind, I'll go up to the collection office in Ulverston. But then I find out that the place is only open for a couple of hours in the morning!!! Phoned the complaint line & they had no record of my redelivery request despite me getting the confirmation email!!! So now I can't get it for a other 10 days when I'm off work again!!! It's absolutely ridiculous that the collection office is only open in the morning!!! If they only want to open for 2hrs make it 5-7pm to accommodate people who work during the day!!!

Absolutely ridiculous only open for 2 hrs a day!!! Formal complaint logged and to top it off, the lady at the call centre told me the website is displaying opening 9-5, so a far as royal mail are concerned Ulverston is open 9-5! Seems to me they are making up their own hours. Wait to see if anything changes

Great staff, very helpful, front office staff very knowledgeable, back office and delivery staff always ready to go above and beyond, guys your a real asset to your company, well done.

Counter staff are generally really helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the opening hours that aren't up to date on their website and make it difficult to pick up your parcel.
